Petition to the Government of Canada
Whereas:
• the Government of Canada does not recognize the unborn child as abeing human from the moment of conception;
• the Government of Canada has no law pertaining to abortions; and
• artificial insemination, a procedure started after Roe vs Wade, demonstrates that a human life is inseminated into the woman. The unborn child does not magically transform at a later stage in pregnancy but is human from conception.
We, the undersigned, Citizens of Canada, call upon the Government of Canada to allow the people of Canada, by means of a referendum, to determine if the unborn child is human from conception.
